Reservation Policies-

All you have to do is contact me to set everything up.

Cancellation Policies-

It’s always nice to have a heads up before cancelling. At least the day before is preferred but as we all know, things will happen that we simply cannot avoid. I’m pretty flexible and quite understanding. Last minute cancellations will not be frowned upon if they don’t happen all of the time. If they become a frequent thing, there will be steps taken to prevent anyone’s ability to take advantage. I am fair and I do stick up for myself.

The Time of Your Appointment-

It’s always a good idea to give yourself a little time to get where you’re going. Especially in the city! I am in a highly condensed area with a lot going on. My neighborhood attracts a lot of people for a lot of reasons so give yourself some time to find parking. It’s also a good idea to show up 10 minutes early for a little meet, tea and chat about what you’re looking for in your massage. This way we can get started at our scheduled time.

Medical Concerns-

There are not many contraindications for massage but there are some. It is important to inform your massage therapist, wherever you go, if you have any medical conditions and skin conditions so that the proper treatment can take place without causing harm to you or the therapist. A small checklist of the contraindications and conditions that must be controlled with medical treatment in order to receive massage will be given at the beginning of the service to ensure everyone’s health and safely.

Under no circumstances whatsoever will any sexual advances or inappropriate behavior be tolerated. If such circumstances arise, the session will be terminated immediately and no refunds will be made.
