HI! My name is Amelia Mauro, native resident of Denver and licensed Massage Therapist to the community of Denver and surrounding areas. I have happily been practicing massage since 2014 and I believe that every massage you receive should be the best massage of your life.

I studied for 2 years at Heritage College before earning my Associates Degree in massage therapy. I graduated in the top of my class with a 3.8 GPA. I am licensed through Dora to practice massage in the state of Colorado after passing state board exams with flying colors. I have a great deal of passion for my work and strongly believe in it’s many contributions to the greater health of our bodies and minds. I strongly believe in sharing the knowledge that I acquired to serve a happy, healthy community, so I created Nama Rupa Therapy.

There is still so much growth to be had in our forever growing health industry and being a part of that is truly an honor. New discoveries are being introduced to us daily and I feel it is important to stay involved so we can explore all approaches toward the best possible healing plan for each individual that crosses my path.

I believe that through massage, among other things, we are given the opportunity to live long healthy lives in the true comfort of our bodies. With the knowledge of proper ergonomics and anatomical use, we can retrain our bodies toward a long, happy, pain free life with the ability to do all of the things we love for as long as we possibly can.

My mission here at Nama Rupa is to provide a professional, safe, and comfortable environment for people to let go of the stresses of life, and allow complete healing to take over.  I handle every client with special treatments based on their individual needs assessed by an initial interview at their first session.
